- Redesigned product discovery and navigation for a large skincare e-commerce experience, restructuring how products, ingredients, and decision-support tools surface.
- Designed a clearer information architecture and navigation system, then translated it into wireframes and UI.
- Validated with users: made unfindable ingredient information discoverable (0% → 70%) and raised task success to 70%+ on 6 of 8 core flows.
